How can I change my password?
If you have forgotten your current password, you may enter your account email address here and follow the instructions emailed to you.
Artsy account users can change their password as needed using the following steps on a desktop or internet browser on your mobile device:
- Once logged in, visit user settings
- Under the “Account” tab, scroll down to Current Password and select “Create New Password”
- Enter a new password in the “New Password” field
- Reconfirm new password in the “Reconfirm New Password” field
- Click “Save Changes”
On the mobile app:
- Once logged in, click on the person icon on the bottom right hand corner of your screen
- Select the “Settings” icon which appears on the top right hand corner of your screen
- Select “Account” under “Account Settings”
- Select “Change Password”
- Enter Current Password
- Enter new password and reenter to confirm new password
- Once done, click “Save” in the top right corner of your screen
When resetting a password, kindly note passwords must be:
8 characters in length, including at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 numerical digit.
