I registered but I missed the live webinar. When will the recording be available?
We send the webinar recordings through email to all registrants the week after the live webinar takes place. You can also always access webinar recordings on https://yourlocalart.com.sg/artwork/ as soon as they’re available.
I registered for the webinar but I still haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Double-check that you registered for the webinar with the same email that you are checking for the confirmation
Make sure the registration confirmation is not in your spam or junk folder
Wait 10-15 minutes and check again – sometimes registration confirmations take time to send through!
If you still can’t locate the confirmation, try registering again with the same email, or try a different email to register with.
Why is the registration button not working?
If the registration button isn’t working, we recommend switching your browser to Google Chrome or move your browser into incognito mode and try to register again.
How and where do I sign up for LocalArt webinars?
